Why does it need shooting eyeglasses ?

Does a shooter, for example, in daily life wear glasses, it should never be the same shooting. In a normal eyeglass version of the shooter aims through an absolutely unzentrisch submitted eyeglass. The optical center (site of the sharpest vision) is not with the pupil.

A little experiment:
